Miragha Huseynov is a TESOL-certified English educator, teacher trainer, and visionary leader from Lankaran, Azerbaijan, with over 16 years of professional experience. Beginning his journey in Turkey during college, he has since taught students aged 6 to 60, specializing in General English, TOEFL, IELTS, SAT and Business English. Many of his students now thrive at top universities, such as Mirkamran Huseynli, a PhD candidate at Vytautas Magnus University, and global companies, including Jabir Kangarli, a Data Science Analyst at Allegro.

As a proud alumnus of the FLEX exchange program (2007–2008), his year in Iowa was transformative, fueling a lifelong passion for cultural exchange and educational leadership.

From 2009 to 2012, Miragha worked for a British-based language school, Royal English College, where he taught corporate classes to individuals from various business sectors, including top managers from TEFAL, Kaya Holding, and the General Manager of Ataturk Airport Duty Free Shops. In 2013, he moved back to Baku and began working at the Canadian-based Modern Language Center, where he contributed for six years.

Since the pandemic, Miragha has been an active force in advancing education and youth empowerment in Azerbaijan. He earned his TESOL Teacher Trainer certification in 2022 and has conducted numerous FLEX Info-Sessions in Baku and Lankaran, reaching audiences of up to 100 participants. He led workshops on Critical Thinking into the Exploration of Culture at American Councils, delivered alumni talks under the My Mentor project, and trained FLEX alumni to teach students at SOS Villages online.

In 2023, he was selected for the prestigious Global Village on the Move program by Lehigh University, participating in both its virtual component (August–October) and in-person segment in Istanbul, Turkey in November. These experiences enriched his leadership perspective and expanded his international network. In 2024, he launched his language school, Millennium Wisdom, and was invited to the Millennium Wisdom. He also completed leadership training at Cornell University, organized by American Councils.

His certifications include English for Career Development, Critical Thinking, and Teaching Young Learners. Known for his empathy, independence, and motivational impact, Miragha has presented at the American Virtual Space, organized alumni networking events, and inspired students—who scored 111 on the TOEFL iBT and 7 + on IELTS—to excel.

Highly praised by TESOL professors, Peace Corps Volunteers, and U.S. educators, Miragha is a compelling communicator and cultural bridge-builder.
